1. Returns
No returns will be accepted unless the product is defective. Due to the nature of the product and its intended use in the consumer’s mouth, we are unable to accept returns for this item.
Our return policy lasts 30 days for physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases

3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
5. Online Rehabilitation Refunds
- Refunds for Online Rehabilitation services are not applicable under any circumstances.
- Online Rehabilitation is a service provided by licensed practitioners.
- MedFlix online video streaming is for educational purposes only. After the 7-day trial, no refunds will be issued.
- For lifetime programs, refunds are only issued during the trial period.

6. Cancellation Fee for Therapy Services
A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any therapy appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
7. Rehabilitation Success Disclaimer
Rehabilitation success depends on following the guidance of HRN’s licensed practitioners (“Coaches”). Failure to perform therapy as instructed may compromise results. All therapies have been studied and validated with over 20 volunteer studies focusing on:
- Accuracy
- Education
- Pre/Post physical examinations
- Manual dexterity
- Clarity of therapy execution
8. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times vary between institutions.

9. Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
10. Exchanges (if applicable)

11. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
